Core Database Functions

The Class Management module organizes critical data into two main sub-databases:

1. Student and Class Database

This sub-database is used for registering and administering students per class.

• Student Administration: Teachers can easily register and administer students into specific classes.
• Record Maintenance: Teachers can maintain and edit these records at any instant.
• Data Reusability: Records can be easily replicated for the next academic year, saving significant time.

2. Quiz and Activity Database

This sub-database is used for storing and editing all lesson content and results.

• Quiz Storage: Stores and edits quizzes or presentations, organized by subject, topic, and session.
• Parameter Tracking: Tracks various parameters assigned to the quizzes, such as correct answers, time restrictions, correlations, as well as class completion or performance parameters.
• Detailed Results: Stores every single result of each student in a class, complete with a time and date of response stamp.

Data Analysis and Reporting

The CRS-CM module provides powerful tools for analysis and evaluation:

• Time-Saving Features: Includes flexible database tools with many time-saving automatic features for analyzing attendance and performance.
• Performance Analysis: Data can be analyzed per student, group, or entire classroom performance across a subject, topic, specific teaching session, or during any chosen period of time.
• Flexible Grading: The results of completed tests can be analyzed and graded by the teacher. The teacher can easily set the grading method by interpolating, correlating, and rewarding the answers under any chosen scenario of student responses.
• Report Generation: Offers various types of reports that can be produced and exported in commonly used Excel format for any further usage or external data analysis.
